The immunisation team will be in school on Friday 27th January 2023 for Flu Vaccinations for Years 7, 8 and 9 only.
Please see the attached letter which contains further information and a link to the E Consent form. The consent form MUST be completed to enable your child to receive the vaccination. The deadline for consent is Wednesday 25th January 2023 at 3pm.
