Miss Cross and Mr Loxley took Owen Brand, Bethany Charlesworth and Jack Brown to the prestigious Rotary Youth Speaks competition at Chelmsford County Chamber. Our students excelled all expectations, they were cool, calm and collected. They delivered confidently whilst up against some tough competition. They were amazing. The Students put a lot of time and effort into preparing their speech and presentation. Their commitment is greatly appreciated. They had a very late night on top of a long day which shows their dedication and commitment to English.A special congratulations goes to Owen, who won ‘best vote of thanks’ and received huge recognition from the judges. This is a great achievement.
