Here are some details about the Prom on Thursday 30th June 2022.
It takes place at the Park Pavillion, Barrack Lane, Harwich.
Students will not need to bring a ticket with them, but they will be registered when they enter.
We have an official road closure from 4pm.
Barriers will be up along the road to keep everyone safe. Please help us by staying behind these.
Arrivals from no earlier than 5.30pm. Please approach from the Barrack Road end with the Park Pavilion on the left hand side (including those that walk).
Students will arrive, walk the long red carpet and then enter the Park Pavillion for their individual photo. They will then be directed through the other door to join friends and family in the Mayor’s Garden. At this time they will receive a small stamp which will be needed to re enter the venue.
Last arrival no later than 6.45pm.
Students will be asked to come in to the venue at 7/7.15pm with the event finishing at 11.00pm.
Once a student decides to leave the event they will not be allowed to re enter the venue.
Strictly no smoking, no vaping and no alcohol. Anyone seen doing this will be asked to leave immediately.
Any poor behaviour which jeopardises this or future prom events will result in the student being removed.
