Dear Parents/Carers,
On Wednesday 16th March the immunisation team are in school and are offering the following:
Year 9 HPV Vaccinations
Year 10 and 11 Catch Up Vaccinations for missed DTP, Meningitis ACWY and HPV
COVID Vaccinations for anyone aged 12-15 years who may have missed out on the vaccine when they previously visited the school.

HPV Parental letter 2022 Harwich & Dovercourt
Year 10 and 11 Catch Ups: Parents have been sent letters by the immunisation team. These letters contain information on the missed vaccines and the consent forms which must be returned to the school by Monday 14th March at 9am.
