Marcus Rashford MBE and Henry Dimbleby MBE are working with the Food Foundation to promote the Government’s new Holiday Activities and Food programme. The aim is to make sure that parents take the opportunity to sign their child or children up to it this summer.
The programme provides free places to all school-aged children eligible for free school meals across England, but it is also open to all children from every background. Experienced providers are making plans to organise lots of exciting activities for children of all ages in every Local Authority across England country. This means that children from disadvantaged backgrounds can enjoy delicious, healthy food, take part in lots of great activities, and hang out with their friends as well as making new ones.
