Members of the Windsor Community visited the Essex Air Ambulance base at Earls Colne to learn more about where the money the Community raises goes.
They were treated to a talk from the volunteers, pilot, doctor and paramedic and got to look up close at the helicopter itself.
A cheque was presented for £290 to the volunteers taking the yearly total to around £800 so far.
