The second Harwich and Dovercourt Sixth Form College expedition to Thailand takes place 1st – 11th July 2014. Students from years 12 and 13 will follow a busy schedule, experiencing a culture very different from their own and working for the benefit of people less fortunate than themselves. Amongst the planned activities, students will plan and deliver an English lesson at a local primary school, spend time with children at an orphanage and take part in some construction work related to water supply and drainage for the people of a hill tribe.
